Portlaoise Contemporary Dance classes would like to invite you (or your child(ren) to the ‘Free taster Contemporary Dance Class’ on the 16th of September 2011 at Methodist Church - Wesley Hall - Railway Street, Portlaoise. Please check the time table below and sign up for the places are limited!

7 to 12 years old: 4 to 5pm

13 years old upwards: 5 to 6pm

Come along to enhance body awareness, functional alignment and safe dance practice through creativity and expression. Classes are based on certain approaches and techniques (such as ballet, modern dance, somatic and Laban) and the main emphasis is on the dancers to find their own individual way of moving. Opportunities to perform will also be offered.
